Since our products are handcrafted, it means that every piece is unique and not the same. However, the quality, design, and stone are always what is described in the pictures and information.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders on a regular basis, and most deliveries arrive within one week. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the size of your order, and our current order volume.

For certain exclusive pieces and bespoke creations, additional time may be required. As each piece is handcrafted specifically for you by our designer, production begins once your order has been placed. If this applies to your purchase, we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery timeline throughout the process.

Yes, size exchanges are possible.

As each of our jewellery pieces is crafted to order, any size exchange requires a newly made piece from the designer or workshop. Because of this, your replacement order will be placed at the end of the production queue, which may result in a longer waiting time.

Before requesting a size exchange, we recommend visiting a trusted local jeweller in your country. In many cases, rings and certain other jewellery pieces can be resized quickly and at a relatively low cost, making this the fastest and most economical option.

If you still wish to exchange your piece, please note the following conditions:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original piece to us, as well as the shipping costs for sending the replacement piece to you.
The returned jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, the exchange cannot be accepted, and you may be charged for the replacement piece.
Requests for size exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase.

If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions about a specific piece, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We’re always happy to help you find the perfect fit.

What If My Jewellery Arrives Damaged?

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email and include clear photographs of the damage. Once we have assessed the images, we will determine the most appropriate solution.

Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we may:

Arrange for the piece to be repaired, or
Offer a partial refund based on the extent of the damage.
Please Note

Every piece of jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans and is therefore unique. As a result, your piece may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Because our artists do not work with mass production, each creation has its own individual character. Natural materials, such as gemstones, also vary in colour, pattern, shape, and inclusions. Whenever possible, our artisans carefully recreate each design using the same materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship shown in the original product images.

Claims & Returns

Any repair, replacement, or refund will be processed once:

The jewellery has been returned to us for inspection.
The returned item is in the same condition as when it was delivered, apart from the reported damage.
You have notified us of the damage within 30 days of receiving your order.

If we determine that the damage is significant and covered by our policy, we will cover the return shipping costs.
